The center's resources consist of grants awarded by the state for equipment, operations, training and research, grants from other public or other national and international organizations, donations and bequests and income goods and services.

The center can provide, by agreement, the provision of services for consideration such as training programs, research programs, studies and expertise and exploit patents and licenses.

It has priority in the limits of its powers and possibilities to perform studies and provide the services ordered by the state and public institutions.
